The Metropolitan Risk Descartes Cloud based claims system is a proprietary software program designed and built by Michael Stoop using a combination of both Google Development Tools, Microsoft Tools, and Apple.

• Automated Reporting Functions: Descartes is so smart that every time a claim is updated, reserve changes, funds dispersed, or new evidence impacting the file is released, Descartes automatically sends a status report for that individual claim to senior management or any member of your company who you designate including outside counsel if that floats your boat. 
• Claim Journal with real time versioning. You get to see all our DEEP notes, dialogues with the carriers, investigators, etc. who said what , when , and where it stands now. All available 24/7. Your own staff can add their own notes and comments and use Descartes for their own diary system. 
• Trend Analysis - Loss runs are static, typically on a piece of paper. Unless someone actually takes the time and puts your claim data into excel , you can't identify the trend frictional trend lines that are attacking your Profit & Loss Statements. 
• Exports all your claims data to excel. It will also sort and build custom Trend Reports for you. Tell us what you want and we will build it.
